On 14 October 2026 the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, granted provisional authorisation for the creation and opening of BHI, following an inspection on 9 September 2026. HND training is authorised in six fields.
In Oku, our partners and staff trained school administrators and teachers to set up ESD clubs that take on real issues in their communities. Participants received certificates of participation.
Under the ASA Programme 2026, we held a seminar on Education for Sustainable Development in Douala with our international partners. Participants received certificates at the close of the seminar.
Our health students put classroom learning into practice beside qualified professionals, after our first batch trained at PMI Nkwen in 2025.
In October 2026 we met three more ASA partners at Cité des Palmiers, Douala. A training on energy conservation and solar panel installation will be organised in the coming weeks.
Football club Mboh FC proudly displayed our name and logo, thanking the institute and spreading the word about our programmes across the community.
Our team travelled to strengthen links with our German partners, and we have since welcomed international partners to Cameroon.
